Two cylinder pre 1900 Shay

The MDC Roundhouse Shay kit depicts a reasonably modern Shay: three cylinders, three trucks and a tapered boiler. After building my first Shay I had another Shay kit in store. This is a narrow HOn3 two truck Shay. I didn't want to repeat the whole building process from the start again. So I started planning for kitbashing this kit into a back-dated version with a straight boiler, perhaps even a tee boiler version.
