The writer shares a clear enthusiasm for the type and makes the reader relive the hype of its days, when Atlantics conquered the hearts and imagination of the public. It also makes the shortcomings clear. The book is iillustrated by numerous b&w photo's and drawings. It lacks a systematic overview by type and operator of the appr 3500 Atlantics in the world. The book is fairly priced.
