Painting 2

May 17 and 19, 2006

In third week of May I was occupied with various painting jobs among which those on the Glaskasten.

	First I painted the top side of the footplate black. After drying I masked the topside and painted the bottom Red. I didn't choose the hard red that was recommended. I chose a more modest red (SM331, Revell) which wille lighten up a little after slear coating.
	Here you see the footplate upside down and already masked for the third color: green on the cylinder sides.
	Meanwhile I painted the drivers cab green, and masked it for the second rumm with black ont the roof and coal bunker.
